I have at my disposal an experienced Russia workforce together with supervisors and admin staff ready to carry out projects in the city.

Since 1995/6 we have carried out major renovation works for international clients. These include conversions to offices and Western standard apartments for business personnel working and living in the city.

We have capabilities to seek out and acquire buildings within the City centre for investors, design and renovate, sell or manage and rent out these developed properties to generate further capital for further investments and acquisitions.

Acquisitions can be made by a number of ways:

1.       Through connections with municipal departments within the City.

2.       Property auctions are organized regularly

3.       Purchasing individual apartments within a building and resettling the occupants prior to development.

          This is the most cost effective way but can be time consuming.
